Brian brings with him 20+ years of experience in the analysis and funding of credit risk, covering pan-European ABS transactions. He spent 17 years at S&P Global Ratings in senior analytical and team leader roles within the Structured Finance group, subsequently becoming Head of Capital Markets for Bluestone Capital Management’s UK and Ireland platforms, where he raised capital and funding for their European asset-based lending operations.
Prior to joining CrossLend, Marion was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley within Fixed Income, where she was Head of European ABS Syndication. Marion has over 11 years’ experience in securitisation and structured credit products – extending across origination, structuring and deal distribution. Marion started her career at Goldman Sachs, where she worked for several years in the Structured Credit & Bank Solutions sales team, focusing on regulatory capital and secured funding transactions.
Christian has over 20 years’ experience in capital markets, working closely with the German savings bank sector since 2002. Having worked as an institutional fund consultant at DekaBank, he subsequently managed two asset management distribution companies (co-)founded by him, that specialised in providing solutions to treasury, investment management and private banking departments. Christian has also held positions at the Frankfurt offices of DWS and Deutsche Bank.
Frederick launched his career at Ernst & Young as Senior Auditor of Financial Institutions before moving to Structured Finance/Trade Receivables Securitisation at ING Wholesale Banking. Subsequently, he worked as an Intermediated Lending and Synthetic Securitisation Associate at the European Investment Bank in Luxembourg, overseeing the origination, appraisal, structuring and negotiation of EIB lending operations and structured finance transactions.
With over 25 years’ experience in Corporate Investment Banking across Europe, Javier has acquired deep expertise in the areas of debt advisory, client solutions, Foreign Exchange and Interest rate risk management, treasury and capital markets products. Javier has been responsible for managing client portfolios in the corporate, institutional and public sector client base across Europe. He has held senior positions at Chemical Bank/Chase Manhattan Bank, Banco Santander GBM, HSBC CIB, Societe Generale CIB and Pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank.
